Description:

3' 9" tall, with short dark beard and oftentimes small wire-framed spectacles barely visible under his dragon-crest helm.

History:

Relg is from the Stoneshield clan of Citadel Adbar. He joined the Fallow's Cross Adventurers soon after its founding and assisted in the liberation of Stanzfeld Mansion from the vampire who previously owned it. He was ready to kill Akordia, as was Corrie, when they found her tied up in the stables, but was prevented by Artemis.

In the library of Stanzfeld Mansion, he discovered an old book which described a two-handed battle axe. He vowed to work to recreate this ancient dwarven weapon. He spent many months in his workshop in Fallow's Cross experimenting with the process until he was satisfied he was able to create the weapon. Once he had made one he then spent some time practising until he was skilled with it.

 He is well known for arguing with his god, and generally abusing him for the poor selection of spells granted to him. Clangeddin seems to exact his revenge by persistently granting him very poor dispels whenever he attempts to Dispel Magic. Doubts have been expressed by other priests in the group as to his piety, but Relg's reaction has been to threaten them with his Battleaxe!

 Relg has had a long running feud with Bobat as to which is the most suitable god for a dwarf to worship, let alone be a priest of. He considers Tempus to be a weaker power as he restricts his priests more than Clangeddin. It is an argument which invariable leads to them fighting it out.

 Relg's catch phrase is "I can take it!" normally just before he keels over from his wounds!

Relg is one of the names on the victory memorial to the Siege of Waterdeep, and is well known in Waterdeep.
