New haven is a village of about 250 people, including a couple of dozen families, some militia and various hunters, trappers and retired adventurers who answered the call of the self-styled Baron Feldamoor, to carve out a new settlement in the rich and fertile lands of the Upper Delimbyr Vale. This was always envisaged as a frontier settlement, even more so than most in the Savage North.
