The stables have room for up to twenty horses, ponies and donkeys. Above the stables are rooms for the stable boys and gardeners, although most of these staff come from Stanzfeld village. The stable-house nearest the mansion was specially converted to house Delbert, Percy's Hippogriff familiar before he got reincarnated into an orc. It is still their quarters and Delbert is slowly coming to terms with not having wings, although he has grown increasingly solitary over the past year.
